The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for daily cooking and comfortable living. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Also I should mention that the price was very reasonable for the quality provided.

差评是因为禁烟酒店充满烟臭味。
这间酒店式公寓非常宽敞且乾净，环境舒适宁静。早餐选择若能提供更多饮品（例如热水和热豆浆）会更完善。虽然主干道有车流，但噪音尚可接受，不会过于扰人。最令人困扰的是无所不在的浓重烟味——明明标榜是禁烟酒店，我却目睹有人叼着点燃的香菸走进大厅，甚至电梯内也充斥着难闻的菸味。最糟的是连我公寓的客厅1都弥漫烟味，疑似从连接隔壁房间的锁闭门缝渗入。首日我便向前台投诉，他们态度诚恳表示会处理；次日烟味依旧，再次反映后酒店人员仍迅速承诺解决。当天外出返回时，发现房内已放置水果盘、点心与空气清净机。隔日退房时，包括经理在内的三位员工再次致歉，并说明水果是赔礼。虽然问题核心在于住客素质，但作为禁烟酒店，管理层理应制定政策与方法（例如设置吸烟室、派员驻守入口禁止持菸进入，或对房内/公共区域吸烟者开罚），甚至可规划特定吸烟楼层并限制使用非吸烟区域。我正是冲着禁烟政策选择此酒店，因此感到受骗与失望。员工确实亲切尽责，但某些住客素质恶劣，实为国人之耻。

房间乾净整洁 酒店前台和接待的工作人员负责专业 会尽量满足顾客需求 房间的保洁阿姨都很热情周到 酒店公共设施配备齐全 同时房间中配有完善的家电 厨房用具 周围居住环境也较安静 总体居住体验都很满意。

酒店设施完善，性价比高，环境不错，房间很宽敞，入住登记也很快，酒店服务一如既往的好，特别是前台美女服务很有耐心很热情很贴心，订外卖用机器人送的，房间有洗衣机烘乾一体，熨烫机都有，方便极了，走的时候在前台聊了聊，叫小郑的前台美女非常幽默，非常感谢酒店所有工作人员，如果再来临安，还是选择这家店！
