酒店前台服务人员态度都很热情，也能积极解决问题，入住期间添加了allison 李的微信，也很方便可以联系的到他们，酒店房间的设备设施也都很齐全，但对于其他品牌来说酒店开业时间有些久，显得没有那么的现代化，但都能基本满足我们的需求，酒店还有健身房，但要穿过一个长长的走廊才能到达，酒店也是新增的自助洗衣服务，但只有一台洗烘一体机，有的时候是要排队的，下次有机会还会来入住的

机场周边飞机啥的，以为晚上会很吵，结果还好，休息的非常好，设施不错，干净卫生，床铺舒适，房间宽敞，停车比较方便，前台小文服务挺好，性比价可以还算高，推荐预订，总体还是很不错的

第一次入住这家酒店，前台大堂还有卖水果的，前台宋宋服务很好热情接待，酒店楼下就是吃的这点很方便，不怕没有东西吃，还有免费接送机服务，第二天去机场的话住这里很方便，以后有机会还会再次入住，推荐给大家，

杭州萧山机场空港假日酒店的中餐厅真是令人印象深刻！餐厅位于酒店三楼，环境典雅宜人，由屡获殊荣的大厨主理，提供经典中式美食，包括杭州帮菜、粤菜及其他地域传统美食。在这里，我品尝到了口感鲜每一道菜都让人回味无穷。此外，餐厅服务周到，工作人员热情友好，让人感到宾至如归。无论是商务宴请还是亲友聚餐，这里都是一个非常不错的选择。强烈推荐给即将前往杭州的朋友们！包间可以打通，最大的桌子可以20人。酒店客房非常干净，前台服务员也特别专业！并特别夸一句，前台工作人员Len杨！东西落下在酒店也第一时间帮我寄回！
