管理很不错。因在高档小区内，刚入住时，需要客服到小区入口迎接，随后就用门禁卡进出。没有前台，客服人员到房间办理入住或退房。房间非常温馨、干净。确实不错的酒店，位置没的说，下楼就是万象城，吃的玩的，国际一线品牌，进门有管家带我上楼，二维码开门，实在高大上!

酒店位置很好，楼下就是万象城，交通也比较便利，不是特别好找，估计是因为酒店式公寓的关系，停车也需要另行收费的，我们是停在万象城的地下车库的
