The hotel is not located near in major attractions, but it offers a clean and comfortable stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good enough to start the day. Rooms are well cleaned too. Overall, I suggest it for business trip if need to visit nearby the hotel ..

Facilities, space, room are awesome! The bed is superb, best sleep I've had for the week.
The complaints I have are the floor isn't clean, the tissue box was near empty, the room smelled a bit when I first got in, overall, the room seemed unmaintained besides the bed.
Price is okay, though, I think I get a decent value out of the price.

环境：酒店离地铁站大概有900米，交通便利，坐地铁打车都挺方便的。房间比较大，除了空调声音有点大还是挺安静的。上电梯需要刷房卡，比较安全。
衞生：还可以，不过爱乾净的朋友还是建议准备一次性床品睡得更安心一点，每天都有客房打扫。
服务：前台小姐姐服务态度都很好，很有素质。点外卖可以让送餐机器人送到房间门口，不用下楼拿。
设施：有大浴缸，两个人一起泡都没问题，去西湖逛走了一天回来泡个澡真的很放松。洗衣机不在房间里，在一楼，洗衣房只有一台洗衣机和一台烘乾机，不是特别方便。

would appreciate if there was conditioner for showering. Glad to have xiaodu and dyson hair dryer. Additional points for a free minor upgrade to our room!

Good location with super market, cafe, and restaurants around this hotel. On the way to subway, you will find more restaurants that offer variety of cuisines that would definitely meet your needs.
The room is clear with good design and space, and offer the necessary amenities you need.
With its suitable price and fineservice, I would recommend others to book this hotel, and I would book it again if I travel to Hangzhou in the future.

我到普陀山到出游，第一晚住他们家。老板很好，下来接我们入住，从普陀山回来又住他们家。房间大，卫生干净，设施全，住在高层，晚上观景特别好。很适合情侣出游，因为房源位置好，就在万象城边上，吃饭逛街很方便，看个电影，回到住处步行就几分钟。下次来杭州继续住他们家。

价格是五一期间我看到同区域比较便宜的，入住时给升级了套房，瞬间感觉赚到了。窗外风景不错，地段很符合我的要求，去万象城过个马路就行。店家服务态度好，下次要住，还是会优先考虑这里
