Stayed here for a transit before returning to KL. We booked a room for four, and it was very clean with complete amenities. The hotel also offered complimentary pick-up and drop-off services, which made our stay very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you for a great stay!

酒店离机场很近，接送机服务很棒，最多十几分钟就能到机场，前台服务专业熟练，前台孜孜还视房态免费升级了房型。每次萧山机场出行首选酒店，依旧是很棒的一次入住体验

环境还不错的，但是在早上就餐时候遇到了人跑来找你，説找你聊天给你一百元钱，不知道酒店安保怎么允许这样人进入餐厅的

整体不错，虽然位置比较偏，噪音有点，但由于我们夜班机到酒店时步行就有好多档口，这点非常赞。
两家人这样的套房也很棒！ 有机会下次还选择这里。

因为CP住在这的
其实总体环境是不错的，对于我们这种好糊弄的二次元来讲已经很友好了，大厅也有很多人的制品直接寄过来放在那，后边就是快递驿站，走几步就到了也挺方便
房间总体还是不错的，就是隔音一般，总觉得床有点不够长不知道是不是我的错觉，不过应该是标准的两米长
我的房间电视出了问题，不过前台以及经理后来给我解决了，这点给好评
冰箱感觉功率有点太低了，不知道是不是只有我住的房间才这样，感觉放进去真的跟常温没啥区别
萧山机场免费接送机服务或者永盛路地铁口免费接送:接送机确实挺方便的，跟前台打个电话等着就好了
总体还是挺不错的，以后CP还在这办的话应该还会住

房间非常乾净，床品很好！唯一美中不足是因为临近空港，夜里会有货运车，稍微有点吵（有按喇叭的声音），睡眠比较浅的人要小心
从前台的老师到保洁员态度都很好！感谢前台的培培小姐姐，人特别耐心也很温柔！
另外早餐也蛮好吃的，那个巧克力小蛋糕好好吃啊TT有没有连结……
