酒店位置很不错，离地铁站很近，就在杭州东站旁边，附近有商场，房间非常不错，很宽敞 有送花茶和挂耳咖啡，隔音效果好 晚上很安静，前台小姐姐很热情，免费送了早餐，餐厅环境很好 早餐也非常丰盛，有咖啡机现煮汤麪和水果甜品，饮料种类很多，有五谷杂粮、柠檬水热牛奶等，有洗衣房和健身室会议室，设备非常齐全

看了很多酒店很多评论，最后选了这家，也看到过不好的评论，比如前台态度不好，家俱旧，打扫不乾净这些，但是入住后觉得很乾净，隔音确实差一点，最近楼下也在装修，但是房间很乾净，设施也都完好

酒店离杭州东站地铁站很近400多米，高铁出行真的很方便。当初选这个还有就是房间很宽敞，而且，我们早上到达，前台免费给了一个升级，真的是为住客着想。前台大厅的红枣姜茶，为寒冷的冬天增添了一份暖意！感到酒店管理的用心！值得推荐

离东站很近，出行方便，房间设施比较便捷，杭州道路的无障碍设施很齐全，从酒店步行不到十分钟过天桥（有直梯）可以去对面的万象城，吃喝玩乐都很方便，但是东站二层到进站口没有直梯，绕路非常耗时间，赶车一定要提前??
