It’s a cosy clean comfortable new hotel. Smart hotel with wireless charging, auto curtain, bidet toilet. Good room size & provide toothbrush, drinking water , kettle, coffee & tea, slippers, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner. Complimentary coffee at hotel lobby. Hefang street is just 10 mins walk (once out of hotel door, turn right, walk parallel to canal until you reach underpass. Use underpass to cross to hefang street). Recommended stay when in Hangzhou ??

房间布置得很温馨，也很安静，前台小哥哥小姐姐服务特别好，主动帮我们把行李送到房间，很细心很周到，早餐也很丰富，离5号和7号地铁口非常近，出地铁口过马路就是酒店，很值得推荐！酒店照片忘了拍，发几张杭州旅游的照片吧！

非常适合商务出行的酒店，服务周到，帮洗衣服，早餐不错，还有健身房，离西湖很近，出门一百米就是地铁，周边还都是小食店。最关键服务员热情周到，房间设施干净整洁，考虑的很周到，是一家服务理念很新的连锁店。

员工热情周到服务，如沐春风。一楼大厅有健身房、洗衣房、咖啡机，方便客人，客房配有无线充电器、自动冲洗马桶，设施前卫先进，不输不少五星级酒店，令人赞美。早餐丰富，品种多样，可口满意。临近地铁站、商业区，吃饭购物非常方便。加油，继续努力，不断提高服务质量！

位置：近地铁出入方便，附近就有商业街。德寿宫就距离50米，记得一定要预约。西湖也就坐2站地铁就到了。
设施：很人性化，真的从客户需要考虑进行设定。
卫生：房间没味道，干净，智能马桶好评。
环境：布置温馨，房间摆设舒适实用。
服务：热情，工作人员积极处理诉求。

房间设施比较新，智能马桶，电加热毛巾架以及吹风机都是最新的。地理位置也可以，从酒店出门，往西一直走就是吴山广场和西湖柳浪闻莺，走到德寿宫也就一两百米…就是私家车不好停车，但是离地铁站就只有两三分钟的距离。早餐品种还可以，基本上能满足小孩子。最主要的是店里的服务人员态度都很好，下次再来！

The room is extremely good, and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The amenities are great, and the room has smart features - electric toilet, mobile phone charging station, etc. Location is very good and hotel is near the Qian Hefang street, West Lake, and shopping places. Plenty of food places nearby too. There is free laundry service and free supper at 9pm. Service is excellent! I’ll give this place more than 5 stars , highly recommended!

The room layout and design was tasteful and I really liked it. Self serve laundry service is free and the staff will take note to help when it is late at night. The property is near to 2 exits of the same metro station making travelling around the city convenient. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly too - will return when I’m back in Hangzhou.
