房间又大又宽敞，很大的一个客厅，部分房间不是外开窗，订的时候要注意。离地铁站和西湖很近，门口就有共享单车，出行方便。前台工作人员态度热情友好，笑脸相迎。床头有一本诗集，倒头就睡没阅读下有点可惜...

Amazing rooms with great amenities like bottled green and red tea, bags of loose leaf tea, subtly scented soap, powerful compact hairdryer, smart lighting and heated toilets with bidet. Memory foam pillow and comfortable mattress ensured a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping was friendly, warm, and not intrusive. Love the DIY laundry service with a range of detergents for guests to pick from.

Location hard to find (Taxi and didi were unable to locate hotel) but apart from that everything else was fantastic. Free supper porridge was great. Love the laundry and dryer facilities. (Much needed, after travelling a few days prior).
Shower, water pressure the best we've had in last 8days travelling. Location was close enough to walk to West lake.

前台服务没得说，推荐的饭店口味也很好，端茶递水很暖心??
房间确实小了点，导致开冷空调有点冷。而且毛巾该换了！！！

酒店地址方便，职员服务及态度友善～
而且房间很大及干净
之前住过另一分店 - 西湖湖滨银泰亚朵酒店，
对比之下，今次入住的这家分店较优秀及性价比高
下次再去杭州也会选择这家 ????????

旅游或者出差经常住酒店，基本上年年出去快十年了，这是第一次差评。
1，房间有非常明显的异味，进去以后非常难受，去楼下找前台又换了个。其中一个房间洗脸池里有非常脏的水，上面还飘了只虫，如图。
2、无窗就说无窗，订单上写的什么窗外有墙还是啥，以为还是能开窗透气的，说白了就是屋里弄个假窗，假窗外面有个假的植物，玩文字游戏。
3、宵夜免费大可不弄，很稀的米汤，就是家里的菜盘那么大的四盘的凉菜，所有人都吃那四盘，也不知道上一个人用自己的夹过菜还是公用筷子

服务团队亲和力强，能尽力为客人提供服务。酒店在细节方面也做的非常好，最值的表扬的是大堂的竹居书屋，成人、孩子都能找到适合的书籍。还有就是免费的洗衣房有人管理，洗涤剂品种全，还为小朋友也准备了宝宝洗手液。公共卫生间也配备了完整的洗、擦、护一系列产品。下次出游仍住亚朵。

出行就选亚朵，定安路亚朵附近地铁一号线，一号线可以去杭州东站、萧山机场，非常方便，地铁一站路就到银泰商圈、西湖景区，吃喝玩乐就是这么方便，杭州有美景美食，上有天堂，下有苏杭，杭州是可以玩无数次的城市，亚朵是可以一直住的酒店。
