very satisfying with the hotel room and service. location is near to most tourist spots. my room is very comfortable. i am staying for 3 nights. hotel breakfast spread is good but almost the same daily ao it is kind of bored for me.

We love the hotel. The staff were very helpful when we asked for a little extension. They helped us with the baggage storage before we went to the airport. The lake and city view from our hotel room was stunning! There was even 2 a chairs for us to sit and admire the beautiful view. Breakfast was good too!

在距西湖步行不足1公里，还去哪里都有公交地铁的地方，住4星级酒店真是太方便，太超值了。房间设备全，有冰箱，消毒柜，保险箱，直饮水。卫生间有淋浴，浴盆分离的浴室，每天出去游玩的疲劳一个泡澡就恢复了。早餐也很丰富，中西皆有。顶楼还可以看到西湖，真是非常非常好。前台的小哥哥小姐姐们工作都热情认真，不厌其烦的回答我们的各种问题，帮我们叫车，指路。特别是我们老两口睡不习惯软床，第二天反映给前台张卫敏，她便主动提出不用我们收拾，不影响我们外出，她亲自帮我们搬东西换房间，待我们下午回来，一切都办好了，让我们非常感动。所以我们在这里一连住了五天。如果下次再来杭州，还会住在这里。也推荐给大家。

第一次得到免费升房，非常感谢前台小姐姐！房间空间很宽敞，卫生打扫的很干净，大落地窗从卧室延展到卫生间，整个环境非常敞亮视野开阔，房间内设施是我住过各类酒店里最齐全的，冰箱、消毒柜、地暖一应俱全，位置上离西湖以及步行街都非常近，出行游玩购物很方便。

给了很多惊喜～到了酒店有地方停车，30元一天可以停到第二天下午1点；前台小哥哥小姐姐们都很热情，尤其是小张姐姐，很nice^_^定了无窗房2间还都给升级了，开心??房间虽然有些时日了但是很干净，有小朋友的一次性拖鞋和牙刷；洗手间内是力士的沐浴乳和洗发露，不是那种没有牌子的小样，可以放心用。

去杭州每次都选马克波罗品牌酒店，假日酒店和滨湖酒店轮流住宿。这次选的是滨湖酒店，酒店给我们升了级。酒店管理仍保持一贯水准，干净整洁。性价比也不错。唯一遗憾的是酒店没有智能马桶了，全拆了换了普通的坐便器了，失去卖点，没有吸引力了。因出去旅游酒店有无智能马桶也是重要的选择。酒店出入还挺方便的。

房间非常干净，比预想的棒得多，虽然过了check in的时间，但是提前电话沟通，晚上还是很顺利的入住了，房间安排在9层，因为入住太晚，酒店帮忙升级了房间，太感谢了。房间内设施齐全且非常干净，没有任何异味或不适感，一应俱全很舒适，床品新换很洁净，对顾客相当负责了。入住和退房的两位小姐姐都很nice，尤其是张卫敏小姐姐特别贴心，热情又温柔，特别表扬??

这次的杭州之行除了遇到了好天气，订的马可波罗酒店也是行程的一个亮点。
酒店位置不错，距离西湖景区很近，表扬登记入住的时候前台小姐姐小张，全程微笑迎接我们的入住，亲切又不失专业，并且还给我们升级了一下房间，从天台上可以远眺西湖，很是惊喜。
到了房间干净又宽敞，卫生间有淋浴和浴缸，逛了一整天西湖，在浴缸里泡泡腿脚的酸痛舒缓不少。
这家酒店我还会推荐给朋友，很喜欢，性价比也不错。

每次来杭，必住马可。这家酒店虽然有点年头了，但设施设备维护保养得不错，房间干净整洁，大床是又厚又软，配备的是自动马桶（这是我最看重的一点），洗漱用品精致到位，咖啡、红茶、绿茶尽有，早餐也是非常丰富，关键是到西湖边步行只需十来分钟，非常轻松惬意。
