距离奥体2站地铁，出门步行5分钟到达地铁口，出行便捷且周边小吃挺多的。
由于入住时间比较晚前台小哥还贴心准备了欢迎水果，耐心解释了房型，并且给我们升级了房型，房间比较干净的，临走前前台小姐姐也附赠了小礼物，是一次不错的入住体验

卫生：房间蛮干净的，虽然家俱装修有点老，但是整体是整洁的
环境：房间很安静，地铁出行方便，走一段就到地铁口，楼下吃的喝的很多
服务：工作人员都必须夸，态度巨好，入住有欢迎水果，退房还有送小礼物，下雨天站在门口还会问你有没有带伞
总之下次还来住

服务态度很好、酒店很干净，去看演唱会的，离地铁口步行8分钟左右还是比较方便的、离着西湖景区距离尚可，下次去杭州还会选择桔子水晶酒店
