卫生打扫的干净，房间隔音也还不错，离东站地铁站很近，去万象汇也很方便，除了位置有点不显眼，其他没有缺点，入住体验好

离开杭州东站 东出口 走路10—15分钟。楼下的烤肉好吃。 就是没有窗的房间比较闷一点。 设施和房间都可以。。 比较安静。

非常差的体验，洗澡洗一半发现淋浴间的地漏完全不下水，打开玻璃门水全漫出来了，前台说维修工要到第二天才能上班来修，叫安保上来拿把刷子通地漏是什么操作？？ 我问有没有别的空房间能提供去用，一开始说其他房间全满了，后来又说有个刚退房但还没有打扫的房间问要不要去，这就是你们的解决方法？？？去用人家住过的房间卫生间？第二天早上退房时什么后续处理都没有，也没有主动道歉，没有后续赔偿！！！连洗澡都洗不了，根本没有住宿体验，差评差评差评差评
