这次的酒店真是旅途中最大的惊喜，地理位置非常方便，就在武林门地铁站A1口旁边，前台小姐姐特别热情，特别给我安排了朝小区安静的房间，房间卫生很好，还有一个超大的电视。这两天杭州降温了，我怕开空调太干，出门跟保洁说了下加被子，晚上回来就看到了暖和的大被子，所以睡的都很好。

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great view from our room as they gave us a free upgrade and early check-in upon arrival. Greatly appreciated as we had an overnight flight!
Wonderful location, we could get to many attractions within an hour. They had a delivery robot as well, we hadn’t seen one before, so we found it really fun and interesting!

The reception was very helpful on my departure date. I was booked through wechat a driver to the airport. But on the departure date morning at 5.00am, the driver did not turn up
and he claim he had overslept because too much drinking in the night. Thankfully the reception had help me to book a cab to the airport within 10minutes otherwise I will not be able
to go to the airport on time and ultimately I might miss the flight.

1) The ONLY reason we booked was because it is advertised as "Opened in 2023", meaning new hotel. In fact, it is an old hotel! The reception, restaurants, pathetic gym, lifts, laundry room, meeting rooms, are all old. Broken tiles in the lift. Only 1 set of washer and dryer. 2) Not in Wulin Square as advertised where there are shopping malls plus metro station. Actual location is Wulinmen metro station, full of offices. Takes at least 20 minutes walk to West Lake or Wulin Square if you didn't get lost. 3) Not an international hotel as named. Entrance is a revolving door in an inconspicuous corner. No foreign tv channels; no live local tv; only old local tv programmes. Breakfast coffee machine spoilt for at least a week before we arrived and still not working when we left 3 days later; coz waiting for spare part! Breakfast is total Chinese with a limited choice on the 20th floor, take the lift to the 19th floor, climbed 32 steps to reach a small restaurant which gets crowded after 8 am. 4) Staff generally unfriendly. Our check out time as per booking was 2 pm but were locked out at 1 pm. Our booking came with gifts of 2 cups of longjing tea, 1 CNY 88 fish head coupon, 1 CNY 50 games coupon but were not given any. 5) Room is ok with a big LED tv.

The area was amazing. I tried a normal room and a west lake view room (both had humongous TVs with tons of streaming options). The room viewing the West Lake was definitely worth it. Every morning it was so beautiful. It felt like the mountains were so close. It was also directly above Wulinmen metro station (you can use alipay to navigate all over Hangzhou with the metro, very cheap). I stayed for 11 days and had no issues. Room service was great and very modern. all the employees were so friendly. The breakfast was very much superior to any hotel breakfast I have ever had in the US. Loved it!
