到杭州出差最优选的一家酒店，酒店位置优越，离西湖很近，周边有两个商场，吃饭购物都比较方便。酒店的前台在25楼，前台小姐姐热情耐心。房间干净整洁，楼层服务员陈书霞服务很好，有需要会很快得到帮助。

酒店外观看着挺有年份，但是位置很好，周边都是综合体，吃吃逛逛很合适。刷卡上楼，很安全。定的商务房，后来免费给升级了，新升级的房间楼层矮点，但是是新装修的，看起来清爽很多，是亚朵那种装修风格。早餐看着不多，但一直会更新菜品，温州糯米饭、杂粮煎饼、蛋黄酥都挺好吃。下次还会选择这里

酒店位于延安路上，房间很宽敞，空调温度控制得不错，被褥都是干净清爽的。前台小邵专门帮我调整了房间朝向，早餐不错中西餐都有,新鲜程度也很好。洗漱用品都是名牌的,沐浴露味道很好闻，中间出了一点小插曲，但是很快的解决了，还会光顾的[玫瑰]

客房管家静雅态度耐心，给我发了一份酒店周边的指南可以参考，十分负责。房间也干净，明亮。酒店位置很方便，楼下就可以逛街，吃饭可以去酒店后面的老头油爆虾，地道的杭帮菜，离周围的商场也很近，新开的杭州中心不错。很推荐大家住这家酒店！

很感谢酒店前台小姐姐帮忙升级了房间，体验感一级棒，早餐也很有特色。酒店服务热情，卫生干净整洁，房间温馨宽敞，位置优越，边上就是杭州大厦、银泰和城市广场，吃饭购物都非常近。前台小王也很热情，房间的价格也很实惠，性价比高！超赞，还会带家人再来！

Well located hotel, walking distance to the lake. The staff are fantastic, giving us directions and walking routes. The breakfast has a wide variety of food and overall satisfying.
