酒店隔音很差，半夜走道有人吸烟，房间内都有很大烟味。衞生间门坏的，一开声音很大，地下停车不方便，不能直达楼上。

酒店离地铁站很近。
房间宽敞，但没有冰箱，客房里还有一个毫无用处的需要扫码才能使用的小度反诈充电器。
有洗衣房可以免费使用，但3台洗衣机中坏了1台只能用2台，好像酒店工作人员也同时在用，每次要等很长时间。
可能因为团体客户很多，所以7点半去吃早餐时，已经没有什么可以吃的了。

大厅空调很凉快！非常给力。房间整洁明亮，服务员态度很好，早餐不错的！还有小面条小馄炖，阿姨还帮我加煎蛋，服务很好！

房间环境特别好，很大，落地窗，我比较看重早餐，这家酒店的早餐非常丰盛，还有阿姨现煮面和粉，来旅游，离西湖那边的景点有点远，不过出门离地铁站近，出行也算方便，整体来说不错??

我很喜欢他们家的落地窗，位置在高架地下，看风景很不错，因为只订了两份早餐，前台小姐姐还免费赠送了一份早餐很贴心，馄饨还是阿姨当场现包的很不错
