Twin beds room with double beds. Very comfortable beds. Although non smoking hotel however one of the two rooms we booked had strong smoke smell after staying for one night we had to ask for a room change. The second room had some smoke smell coming through the bathroom for one of the nights but fortunately it went away the next morning. Could improve on enforcing the non smoking rule.

房间乾净整洁，衞生做的也很好，房间有迷你吧，还有免费的饮料，不错。大堂处处体验典雅的感觉，有免费的咖啡可以享用，服务也很好，有备用的应急衞生巾，感谢。

这次出差入住杭州西湖凤起路美居酒店，位置绝了！出门就是地铁口，去西湖散步、逛街吃饭都超级方便。酒店设计很有格调，房间乾净明亮，床品舒服。前台服务热情周到，体验超预期。免费minibar很贴心，下次来杭州还会住这里?? 性价比高出差旅游都合适

强烈推荐杭州西湖凤起路美居酒店！位置超赞，步行可达西湖和地铁站，出行逛街都方便。房间法式简约风，床品舒服隔音好，细节拉满。前台服务热情，还贴心给了游玩攻略，早餐品类丰富，延迟到11点太适合懒人了。下次来杭州还住这儿！
