Excellent service from the staff at the reception area.
Was served drinks while waiting to check in at the lobby. Never experience this type of service before. They were very polite and patient too!
The hotel room are very well equipped with very good quality toiletries, not to mention the smart toilet bowl.
But just wondering why the toilet door is designed with no locks.
Overall a very very happy 2 night's stay in this excellent hotel!

Great location with metro downstairs!
Staff quite helpful with ur request. Had kids next door, provide earplug and eye mask.
Breakfast is yummy!
