The room was extremely dirty, with most things broken or in poor condition.
It seems like no cleaning was done since the hotel opened.
The wallpaper was torn, and the overall maintenance was terrible.
Customer service was non-existent.
The price is outrageously high for such a low-quality hotel.

Only stayed for one night when going to the Ed Sheeran concert. Great location. The room had everything needed, although it was quite hot in the room and it was not easy to figure out how to make the AC the right temperature. Would recommend if someone is staying in Hangzhou for a concert

This is the second visit due to unexpected delay of Fear and Dreams Eason Chan in Hangzhou, and they keep a really high standard of hospitality. Consider the great location, I would recommend all if they are going to HZ Olympic Sports Center for concerts or events.
