设施：离良睦路地铁站大概10分钟，良睦路A口要过马路，良睦路D口不用，在D口附近就有公交站，周围有青桔单车，如果叫车可以直接定位到酒店，打车也蛮方便的。
衞生：酒店挺乾净的，房间很大，床边的榻榻米我很喜欢
环境：酒店环境不错，也很乾净，房间的洗澡间和衞生间是分开的，很贴心的设计
服务：每次进门小姐姐和小哥哥都会打招呼，服务态度很好、很热心。保洁阿姨也会主动打招呼
深夜粥到:粥品比较丰富，除了有小米粥、红米粥，还有包子、咸鸭蛋、肉松

The hotel is very close to the alibaba headquarters. It's great if you need to be around this area. The room was super spacious and clean.
The staff was helpful, and even when they didn't speak English, they used the translator, and we were able to communicate well.
I will definitely stay again.

Value for money, good service, kindness. The breakfast isn’t great, but we got it complementary for free so of course we can’t complain, just if I had paid for it I would have been a little disappointed. For the rest, it’s an excellent hotel

Absolutely fantastic value! The room is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the breakfast is excellent. I want to extend my gratitude to the reception and housekeeping teams for their exceptional support, especially since I don’t speak any Mandarin.
The free laundry service, unlimited bottled water, and ample tea and coffee were wonderful perks. Plus, the complimentary supper with porridge and dim sum was a delightful surprise.
I highly recommend this place!

Service was a little dingy since the lady at the reception was not so familiar with handling a foreigner. The room were really clean and spacious. The furniture and was good and I recommend the hotel. The location is next to a hotel whole street of restaurants and so getting food is easy.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially for a foreigner who has difficulty in engaging parcel delivery they try their best to help out kudios to all the staffs. Room wise is clean and comfortable. The pillow and mattress are so comfortable that you can doze off easily. They have their own brand of beddings.
