这家酒店已是第二次入住了 优点是地铁O距离 地铁4号线7号线江城路站就在酒店边上 出行方便 距离景点德寿宫 胡雪岩故居 河坊街等都不远 周边还有中山路美食街 五柳巷美食小店等 酒店房间衞生乾净 有智能语音控制窗帘和灯光 淋浴出水量大 这次下水有点堵 还是个平台备注上写了不要角落房 我周晚入住的 酒店房间肯定有 还分我角落房 我入住时间晚了 也懒得去交涉了

非常智能经济的房型，宽敞整洁，洗浴乾湿分离。床品乾净，枕头一硬一软，贴心。
地理位置十分便利，距离地铁站30米，方便极了。
前往五柳巷、南宋御街步行即可。
早餐中式，有热的小笼包，小馄饨，各类汤粉，谈不上豪奢，但也实惠。
前台的服务很热情、贴心，感觉性价比不错，物有所值。?

1）先説服务吧，无论是前台还是打扫衞生的阿姨，都特别好也很细心，退房之前在电梯阿姨有细心提醒注意有没有漏东西；前台沟通方面和服务方面都很不错。前台有放桂圆红枣茶，免费的，而且蛮好喝。
2）环境看图，本人对住的地方算得上挑剔，但这家确实OK，枕头有两个，一个软的一个偏硬。智能家居不错，躺床上使唤开关窗帘/电视/空调我比较喜欢。值得一提的是，马桶也不错，马桶上面那个架子也很好使。
3）最后説饭吧。不是传统的白人饭早点，最起码做得不难吃，麪包旁边有麪包机。对我个人而言，早餐能在酒店吃饱实在难得（很多酒店早饭的白人饭真的很难吃，但这家蛮好的）鸡蛋煎得很好，也不是预制的，我看着阿姨煎的，可以叫阿姨煎溏心蛋（我去的时候人不多）。

酒店交通便利，下楼就有地铁站。楼下风景也很好，小桥流水，浮光跃金。前台服务比较热情，房间乾净整洁。下次还会来。

整体感觉还不错，放假足够大，衞生情况：床品比较乾净，新，衞生间稍微小了点，乾湿分离有点麻烦，空调有声音，希望改进一下，提升品质

Excellent location, the mrt exit is right next to the hotel and the hotel’s near a lot of attractions, clean and smart room, little dissatisfaction with the toilet and shower as the class is see-through :)

来杭州再次选择入住该酒店，出门就是地铁口，去哪都很方便，酒店衞生、服务方方面面一如既往的好，早餐也好吃，酱排骨必须点赞！今后来杭州还订这家????
