前台frank服务好，酒店距离东站近，出行方便，房间乾净舒适又宽敞，设施齐全，有咖啡机、微波炉还有冰箱，早餐品类也很丰富，旅途中遇到一家超奈斯的酒店真的能卸去很多疲惫，下次到杭州还会选择这家酒店！

杭州东站希尔庭酒店地理位置优越，距离东站步行仅需十分钟，交通十分便利。酒店设施较新，房间整洁舒适，床品品质良好。工作人员服务态度热情周到，能及时响应需求。早餐种类丰富，中西式搭配合理。不足之处在于隔音效果一般，夜间偶有噪音干扰。总体而言，性价比较高，适合商务出行或短途停留。

酒店离东站较近，从地铁19号线F口出来，步行六七分钟可达。
希尔顿惠庭的装修带点俏皮的感觉，房间很乾净，设施齐全，浴室空间很大，设计合理。
早餐选项不是很多，味道还不错。
小缺点是叫车不太方便，没有适合停车的地方，只能在路口的转角处等。

酒店很新，房间里似乎还隐约闻得到新装潢的气味。设备齐全，设想周到。客房空间设计很好，宽敞且橱柜很多。
服务人员平均素质高，服务态度好，早餐也不错，咖啡机很好。
唯一的缺点是我们入住时没有提供空调。我们在11月下旬入住3晚，房里只有19度，第一二晚以为是自己没把温控器调好，第三天实在冷得受不了才打电话卜柜台，得知他们11月关闭冷暖气，因为只有夏天提供冷气，冬天才开暖气，而11月是秋季，所以不提供暖气。后来他们给我们一个小电暖器，才得以入眠。

Very nice and comfy hotel. Good location with around 10 mins walks from the HangZhou east station. Breakfast was nice and there was free self-service washing machine and dryer.

今年住了好多次，坐火车东站来回超级超级方便。走路就几百米。设施也很新很好。谢谢小月帮忙升级了房间，房间在这个级别里超级大了好嘛！特别是单独的会客区（放了自己的包没有单独拍）。沙发大而且直接配了小桌子和关键的充电口！喜欢这，来杭州的首选～

前台Anna，May服务耐心，酒店位置很好找，交通便利，东站和地铁站很近，洗衣机和烘乾机都是24小时自助的，早餐好吃，有配套的健身房和游泳池，一楼可以免费寄存行李，免费打印，人性化的服务，很愉快的一次出行。
