入住当天晚上，住酒店最高层（顶层是餐厅），酒店对面施工，夜里不能开窗，巨吵闹，好歹有空调，被吹了一夜，真怕早晨起来眼斜嘴歪，把被子支起个小帐篷，累死了。第二天，强烈要求前台换房，换到10层侧面，总算能开窗睡个好觉了。酒店虽然离市区和西湖很远，但有地铁（地铁口很近），旁边就是区政府，很安全。

大床房的床很大，枕头很舒服！前台小姑娘的服务态度很好！説话语气温柔！每次来杭州都住这里。早餐也很丰盛，绝对是用心做的，没有对付的意思！

这辈子第一次碰到洗手间没有排风扇换气扇的酒店，不知道当时设计初衷是什么…
另外浴室地上的积水水渍也太明显了。
酒店很新，装修也蛮气派，问酒店前台一句话，惜字如金，没有任何回覆，哪怕告诉我不知道也行啊。

3点多到，我定的房间没打扫出来，我就换了标间，我就问前台多要了孩子的早餐。第二天去餐厅，餐厅小伙子秉公办事，需要我自己打前台电话沟通才让孩子进来吃的。
