服务人员及保安都很热情，每次见面都会打招呼，也会主动询问需求
周边交通方便，步行约15分钟有地铁，离机场车程约30分钟
第一次来到杭州，整体觉得很棒，有机会再来 一样会选择入住这里

had a very comfortable stay at Somerset IOC Hangzhou. The apartment-style room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. 房间很大，设施齐全，冰箱和洗衣机很方便。保安小哥很热情，每次见面都会主动打招呼。房间打扫比较乾净，周边交通方便，去景区玩开车或者地铁都可以。

N次住这家酒店了，不凑巧这几天房间都订满了，好不容易订到房间，服务人员很认真负责，办理入住时，看到我的备注，帮我翻铺硬质床垫。早餐也很丰富，雅诗阁高级会员还有小礼物哦，下次还住这家。

来看俞思远杭州巡演，距离场馆很近，走路二十分钟，很方便，楼下很多吃的。房间很大，很乾净。十一点多回来，还有工作人员在电梯口，感觉很安全。
