在这家酒店常住一段时间了，体验感真的超棒！房间每天都被打扫得一尘不染，床品柔软舒适，晚上能睡个好觉。工作人员周非常友好热情，不管是办理入住还是日常有需求，都能得到迅速又贴心的回应。地理位置也没得説，周边交通便利，吃饭、购物都超方便。

环境：先説环境，安排的房间还是蛮安静的。靠近拱宸桥历史街区，周边有大型综合体，离地铁站也不远。
衞生：总体蛮好的，反正要的无烟房没有异味。每天都有打扫。
服务：找前台还是能解决问题的。
设施：相对陈旧。我住这个房间，洗澡间还有点漏水。
总体来説还是很不错的，过节的价格也实惠。房间不提供一次性洗漱用品，需要去前台拿，其他没什么可以説的，蛮好！

杭州太好了！百瑞运河大饭店也很好，位置就在大运河边上，穿过公园就是拱宸桥！

房间很大，衞生也不错，唯一晚上的空调不太给力，制冷18度还是热醒了好几次??
但是，地理位置我是真的很满意，在运河边上，还有个大广场，晚上饭后散步绝佳，早上在广场上晨跑也很棒，走过拱宸桥桥西直街有和南派三叔联名的晓风书屋，适合稻米打卡。
酒店还有健身房，地下停车场很大，开车来的停车方便，对面有联华大超市，隔壁有个小商场，吃饭星爸爸都有。

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Enjoyed the room, and its spacious layout. Very easy access to supermarket, the canal and historic tourist areas. Great local eating choices. Will definitely return to this hotel as my whole family. 2 adults and 2 children 10 and 8 were very happy here.

The overall service was amazing. But I need to mention one name in the reception. She is zhouzhou. She is the best staff, they have in the hotel. She was very helpful and friendly. This girl made my trip more easier and beautiful. Her service was awesome.
