接待人员很热情，还免费给我们升级房型，房间很不错，很大很乾净，被子也很柔软、舒适，还贴心的为我们更换了荞麦枕和乳胶枕，房间外风景也不错一片绿色，很满意的一次体验

在携程上选择了首旅南苑凯豪酒店，位置好，离机场近，去西湖等景点也没有压力。酒店服务热情，因为有长者还特意安排了一间长者房，真是贴心。早餐丰富，而且房间价格也非常实惠。下次来杭州还会首选这家。

Except for location is so so, this is a great hotel with helpful staff and a wonderful concierge LISA. NOT MUCH TO DO I THIS DISTRICT. However it is close to the airport for international take off.
