    酒店位置还不错，距离西湖只有10来分钟的路程，紧邻延安路，边上是一个龙翔服装市场，但是晚上一点不吵。虽然行政房正对的是边上一座商务楼，没什么景观。但是胜在出行方便，离地铁也近。这个价格还是实惠的。 服务员总得来说都不错，唯一遇到一个略差的就是房间卫生纸用完了让孩子去要一卷居然不肯给还说只能打扫时候给，这个真是晕倒的感觉！如果大人来要一卷卫生纸你也不给？别的服务都不错，晚上也有报纸送到房间。 7楼的中餐厅真心不错，味道绝对不亚于知味观这种老店，而且量出奇的足价钱还特别实在，推荐一个！

    酒店位置好，离西湖仅几分钟。离音乐喷泉和白堤也都比较近。check in很快，房间干净，入住当天还有免费的可乐喝。早餐丰富，一直开到10点，特适合晚起的人。房间有免费的wifi，且配备了电脑。酒店服务非常好，我放了一个自带的水杯在房间，等去西湖玩完回到房间，看到水杯里已盛满水，还有客房服务人员写下的留言，请我们放心饮用，并祝我们住店愉快！超温馨！一层大厅服务人员也特别热情，有问必答，并为我们提供叫车服务。必须赞！！！
