早餐：虽有可改善的空间，但也达到了准五的标准。卫生间、床的舒适度：高于标4的平均水平（卫生没死角，这点强于许多准五）。房间设施：4星。大堂：4钻。服务：中规中矩，因有接送站直接5星，可以看出酒店管理在许多方便还是很重视细节的，在保证品质的前提下，性价比很高。

这家酒店相当nice,住的舒服，价格实惠，亲子游，还免费升级了豪华房。儿童牙刷拖鞋配套一应俱全，早餐很丰盛。值得一提的是，有接送高铁车站服务，送我们的张姐，人飞常热情。愉悦舒心的旅行体验，希望下次还入驻这里。

以前住过君亭集团的酒店，感觉不错，这个酒店说是5钻觉得定高了，4钻差不多！
国庆节假期入住，其他靠近西湖的酒店都比平时翻了一倍，由于是高铁到杭州，决定住东站附近的，附近最高星就是这家了。
一连住4晚，大堂登记时二话不说给升级了四季大床房，好感加1。
房间宽敞非常安静，洗漱什么的设施该有的都有！
来的时候没有定站接，从出站到酒店拖着行李走了大概10分钟，由于有行李，走的时候在前台预定了送高铁站，师傅非常准时，5分钟不用就到了！
推荐给高铁到杭州或离开的朋友！
