房间很不错哦，大宽敞，楼层也高，特意选了间朝南的房间，有小孩，很暖和。2楼餐厅有套餐活动，100多，量很大，吃不完根本吃不完。周边麪馆餐厅也很多。

窗户漏风比较严重，空调比较老旧，位置极佳，出门步行就能到河坊街。布置不错。我选择用枕套挡住了风，不然太冷了。

房间还不错哦，古色古香还挺有调调的，主要服务很好，问了一下周边景点，总枱服务员很热心的给我介绍了好几个网红打卡点还有本地人吃的小餐馆。退房时来不及赶过去，还帮忙整理了行李，不耽误退房，很不错哦

酒店位置非常好，离地铁站很近，城站c出口出来左转就是了。周边有五柳巷历史街区 河坊街，南宋御街等，公交也很方便到市区或西湖景区都有。房间大，衞生乾净，服务也挺好的，时间如果凑巧还能赶上看演出哦

和爸妈出来玩两天，结果房间的空调不制热，第一天酒店前台看了给调整了，但是晚上还是很冷。第二天酒店工程部的来看了，无济于事，冷了两个晚上，也懒得换房间了，怪辛苦打扫阿姨的。设施还是要多提高。电视也很老旧（如图）。服务和环境衞生是很好的。
