    酒店位置非常好，所有工作人员都非常友善，背后是三台阁，对面是于谦墓和于谦祠，旁边是高丽寺。早餐也还算可以，特别是前台的两个男生服务态度非常好，记得其中一位名字叫童庆。

    位置在西湖西案，背倚三台山，前坐杨公堤，临近有于谦墓，704工程，人杰地灵，好不静谧。 酒店服务人员专业性很强，礼仪相当到位，会主动和客人问好，穿着得体，很惊讶这个级别的酒店能达到这个服务标准。 酒店饮食偏清淡，早餐种类齐全，晚餐价格合理，但是可以稍微多点佐料，过于白味，烧菜技法相对老旧。 酒店还有一个小亮点是有一只可爱亲人的迎宾猫，为酒店增添生气。

    这是浙江省总工会的工人疗养院，山庄位于西湖景区内，周边有山有水，景色宜人，空气清新，房间不算太大，但乾净整洁，衞生间比较宽敞，家俱有点年代感，对我们不喜欢智能设备的人比较友好，电视开关也方便，服务员小哥哥小姐姐们态度热情友好，特别是退房时的小金，速度快有问必答，按金退还也迅速，淡季度假性价比还是蛮高的。

    酒店物超所值，喜欢清幽环境的，三台山路很理想，去附近小众但很优美的地方，如浴鹄湾、太子湾公园，茅家埠，花港观鱼，虎跑路等都非常近，酒店乾净，衞生，前台服务人员友好周到，早餐质量一般但也充足。以后还会再来。

    非节假日的周日入住，我们带着15月婴儿中午到店，以“双床房没有空房”为由，坚决不给房，直到2点05分才给房。中午没睡觉，原本作息规律的宝宝，晚上每隔2小时哭醒一次，一整晚不太平。我不是低价团购客户，确遭到如此对待。幸运的是，餐厅一位男服务生（胸牌实习生）服务很棒，对我们照顾有加。
