Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. The furnishing may be dated but the friendly and helpful staff contributed greatly to making one feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet offers both Chinese and Western cuisines. If you have not experienced Chinese breakfast dishes, this buffet is a nice way to get started. The crew quickly tops up dishes and is happy to explain the dish to you. If you plan to head to West Lake, a cab ride from the hotel takes between 30 to 40mins depending on traffic.

房间够大，也乾净，服务也不错，1号早上8点多到酒店的大堂经理立刻办理了入住，我住了2晚，第三天因在外面玩到2点多才到酒店，3点办理的退房，工作人员态度好按金在半小时内自动全额退还了！两孩子还説下次再来杭州还要住这个酒店，选择杭州万华国际酒店是这次旅游的正确选择之一！

到杭州旅游看携程这家酒店评分还可以，就相信携程的评分选择这家酒店，住过这么多酒店，真的感觉这家酒店配不上前台放的星级酒店的牌子，房间马桶真的很脏，麻烦下次打扫衞生能不能拿水好好把马桶刷一刷。热水一烫全是黑点点，酒店不就是看衞生嘛？另外晚上下楼找前台问有没有热的开水，帮我接一瓶，前台直接告诉我他们这边不提供热水，真给我笑死了，咋滴酒店只提供收钱？真的不太理解，第二天早上七八点把房卡给前台説退房，按金到下午一点多还没有退，打电话过去问，説帮我查一下直接把电话挂了，过了十几分钟打电话过去，问为什么没有退钱，告诉我我早上只给他一张房卡，就没有给我退，既然这样的话，我为什么要到前台给房卡説退房呢？前台为什么不问我另一张房卡呢？出现问题第一时间不説自己的责任，説客人怎么怎么样？真的配不上这么高的评分，真的配不上前台放的那个星级酒店牌子，大家慎重！！！

房间相对比较大，地理位置也很好，离地铁口走路5分钟左右，前台服务也很好，本来定的其他四钻酒店，住了两晚，因为房间比较小，带着两个孩子，果断退掉，换到万华酒店，酒店的房间还是很满意的，还送了早餐，房间价格性价比高，去高铁站坐地铁半个小时，打车十几分钟，非常nice，推荐

酒店比较安静相对来説设施稍微有点旧了 工作人员比较热情 周边有便利店 距离不远有一个商场 离地铁站也近 住宿体验还不错

临时在附近办事，偶尔发现这个酒店，却意外的惊喜。房间很乾净，也很安静，早餐丰富，周围交通方便，前台和服务人员很热情，住了几天非常满意。

这次出行选了这家酒店真是一个无比正确的决定，酒店位置极佳，停车也很方便，自驾去西湖或者坐公交去西湖景区（白天强烈建议公交去）都非常方便，周边吃饭也方便。

两百多的价格能住到带浴缸的房间真的觉得很值，很划算，楼下靠近地铁站，还有各种商店饭馆很方便，唯一的缺点就是点了外卖不能送上楼要自己下来拿

和朋友共4人去杭州游玩，在携程网上预订杭州万华国际洒店整体感觉还不错，房间乾净整洁，早餐也不错，停车也很方便，前台服务也挺好的，下次再去杭州还会入住该酒店。
