非常满意。酒店地理位置很不错，去景点都可步行。服务很热情体贴，但又不会用力过猛。早餐丰盛，也很美味，特别推荐蒸肠粉和甜品。装修很不错，房间的各种铜的装饰很棒。
水疗 10% 折扣:最好的是水疗，按摩非常给力，缓解压力很好。

Less vegetarian option in the breakfast menu..also that the hotel had an annual event due to which lot of things were closed. I think they should inform pre hand before booking or email that this day is special event and things will be closed it will help travellers

This hotel truly earns its rating. Outstanding among the same hotel range in Hanoi. Value for money. Just take note that there is limited "sound" privacy in their "family connecting room" . It can be "noisy" if the guest next door is inconsiderate; luckily such incidents didn't happen during my 2x night stay.
