My recent stay at the Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel was an exceptional experience and left a lasting impression on me as a first-time guest. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegant atmosphere and the warm hospitality that defines the Sheraton brand. The hotel’s location by West Lake provides a peaceful and scenic escape from the busy streets of Hanoi, yet it’s conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions and cultural landmarks.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and offered a refreshing welcome drink, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, I found the staff to be attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, whether it was arranging transportation, offering local restaurant recommendations, or providing information about nearby attractions.
My room exceeded expectations — spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a mix of modern comfort and Vietnamese charm. The large windows opened up to a stunning view of West Lake, especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset.
