观察饭店地理位置方便，附近有传统市场步行可到，从房间阳台就可以看到西湖风景很漂亮，饭店整体环境感觉整洁，整体房间价格CP值高，前台服务人员亲切、服务态度良好，这家饭店值得推荐！

房间很寛厂，早餐不错，小孩们喜欢泳池，客厅望出的夜景也不错，但是二间卧室分离式冷气有点大声，另厨房附的餐盘使用要小心，可能有前房客损伤未告知，入住时若未检查好，发现会需要赔偿，但下次有需求还是选择住这里

In general it was ok .
We had some annoying students taking photos all around us the two days we where at the pool, we would have love the staff to be more present to stop them taking photos all day long even sitting on our chair, I understand it was for their prom but it is have a limit. and the guess should be able to have some peace.

We spent two days in the hotel, and what did we enjoy the most is the - pool. After the whole day of walking, it was the best way to release the stress. Also, we started our days with swimming. The room was big and comfortable. You can find all what you need.
