酒店在的半山腰，周边环境不错，空气很清新。酒店客房可以看到西乡全景，酒店装修的也不错，早餐还挺丰富，在当地算很不错。

酒店一如往常的舒服，这次去正好是樱桃丰收的时候，住得很舒服，吃的也很开心。酒店很安静，就算满房的情况下，都不会听到噪音，是一家值得入住的酒店

刚到觉得酒店环境啥的都不错，结果接下来发生的事真是太让人不舒服。服务是真心真心的差，说实话这样的酒店配上这种服务也就算是三流的酒店，4月20号中午我酒店问有没有送餐说没有要吃自己去餐厅，到了餐厅点了两菜一汤，汤没有菜说了不要麻辣的说给我一盘酸辣的结果上来就是麻辣的，一会说去换算啦牛杂结果服务员连问都没问过我直接上来一份牛肠。客房服务更离谱，让送两泡咖啡告诉我不能多送，我说今天的没送啊，结果服务员态度极其不耐烦的、最后也没送过来。这样的酒店真心推荐不要去住，交通也极不便利。
