本来周五订的房间，家里突发事情，直属亲戚去世，我们没办法去了，就立即在艺龙上退房，结果3.4小时过后艺龙客服告诉我不能退房并且扣除要所有房费，订房当天是周五，我想房应该不难订出去吧，结果商家告知必须扣除所有房费！如果要客户承担的话，扣除20～30％我都能接受，可是扣除所有，简直就是艺龙联合店家欺诈客户！艺龙越做越大，可是却联合商家欺诈客户！

一般般，地方很好找，停车也方便，只是房间比较小，地级市的话三百多偏贵了，在南充，达州，十堰这些地级市三百多可以住五星级酒店了。另外解冻真的是太慢了，离店四天担保金才解冻。
