订了两个大床房，预付了房费，也收到了酒店确认短信。到了首先被酒店告知没房，我拿出了确认短信后服务员没办法了又说没大床房了，只有标间，直接无奈！！！好不容易办完手续上楼休息，在6楼，可是电梯只到5楼，找了半天才找到自己的房间。太无奈了！！！以后是绝对不会再住这家了

前台电脑都没有，拿个本子现翻订房记录，又拿出另一个本子反复翻看后说订的大床房没了，只能给标间，住啥房无所谓，就是办理入住手续太慢，现在还有靠登记本本工作的，这还是头一回遇见。地段在繁华大街上，离老街也不远。
