各方面都很满意，旅途中的疲惫都被酒店的体贴入微减弱了不少。整个入住都感觉被关注着，所有的服务人员都非常热情，特别是第一天接待我的客服管家蔡翔。到家以后还接到酒店的电话问候。期间有个小插曲，酒店是不收押金的，在不知情的情况下，还将酒店的房卡带走了。打电话过去，酒店的人告知没事，下次入住送过来就行了。

非常棒的酒店，一出电梯就有人问好，有人上茶水和毛巾。房间格局不大，但是很温馨。晚上贵店的一名叫蔡翔的管家还给送来了热牛奶，真的非常感谢。服务热情周到！

油菜花节来汉中入住的，景色非常漂亮，还好提前预定了酒店，看平时的快捷酒店都涨价到400多一晚。酒店的地理位置很好，就在市中心，床很软。服务也非常贴心，酒店一名叫蔡翔的管家前台办理完入住，帮我把行李送到房间，随口问了句哪里好玩，贴心的帮我手写了一份行程的计划，对我的帮助很大。此次旅程非常愉快。
