因为是帮家人定的，所以现在才知道怎么回事，给押金的时候家人问可不可以刷卡，前台说可以刷信用卡用预售，到时候直接解除冻结就可以，家人从来没用过，但是前台姑娘反复推荐并保证可以退房的时候解除，家人才说好，结果，退房当天前台说机器有问题无法点确定，所以没办法，说什么钱会在一个月内退回账户，wtf？！开国际玩笑，一个月？有没有搞错？我们可以押金给现金啊，你前台力荐让我们用信用卡，然后你一句机器故障不能用了，我就得一个月不停的查我那钱退回来没有？这真的是给顾客增添不必要的麻烦好吗？！家人因为不太懂这些，所以长途电话问了我很久，这都是什么鬼，下次绝对不会入住了

位置很好，总台服务也好。房间很整洁、宽敞，之所以设施给了三分是因为烧水壶和喷头水垢太多，略显遗憾。门口就有停车场，不过车位紧张。附近吃饭很方便，离饮马池夜市很近。
