房间太小，设施太久，最主要是大厅前台服务态度太差，因为不舒服在大厅休息，家人去前台退房，在大厅要了一杯茶，家人办理好了退房手续，就走出大厅了，结果大厅服务员跑到门口说茶水没结账，我就问大厅茶水是免费的还是付费的，结果服务员说了句，天下没有免费的茶喝，由于本人实在是身体不舒服，不想理会了，就问服务员微信支付宝付行不行，服务员一副爱答不理的样，我说你这态度太差了，我要投诉你们，服务员一副不耐烦的样子，随便你投诉，我忍着火大刷了10块钱微信，周末的好心情，全败在这个，10块钱的小事上，建议你酒店是服务行业，大家出门就图个心情好，今时今日你再是这个态度服务，我想你愧对四星的等级。
