提前在艺龙上预订，下火车刚要打开手机导航找这个酒店，从出站口出来一抬头保罗，这也太近了，要了一个安静点的房间，房内设施比较新，除了晚上会有火车鸣笛的声音，其的都非常棒，体验很好。第一次来鹤壁的朋友可以考虑考虑住这个地方，真的非常的方便。

今天中午退房时，酒店的前台工作人员拿了我的身份证再次登记，完了，我当时也没拿回，对方也忘记了。结果我到鹤壁东站时才想起来，身份证落在保罗酒店了，这时离高铁开车还有45分钟，我立即打电话给酒店，前台人员明白后，派车让工作人员赶紧将身份证送至高铁售票处，总共花了25分钟，让我有时间赶上高铁，真心评价，保罗的服务态度不错，下次来鹤壁，还是住这里，希望能给其他的朋友提供的参考吧😄！
