订的大床房，118，价格在这个位置很不错，但房间真是无语，我很怀疑床垫是不是只有弹簧，躺床上都能感觉到弹簧的铁丝顶在背上，给前台打电话她说都一个样，卫生间花洒不给力，拖鞋看着很脏，整体来说不推荐。

我问总台，总台通知服务员来了，来了告诉我是新换的，我问她是不是你换的，她说不是，但是肯定是换过的。我告诉她：如果不是你换的就不要说了，你让换的人过来说，她说那个服务员下班回家了。我表示那就算了，你走吧，明天我不住就是了。
服务员走不久，来了一个主管，敲门了解情况。告诉我：我是这里的主管，我可以保证：浴巾肯定是换过的；不仅仅浴巾，连床上用品都换过了！
我问她怎么保证，她说“我们的浴巾什么是外洗，

来这个酒店之前，在另一个酒店发现了浴巾用过后被直接晾干使用的情况，到这个酒店时特别问了前台。她们告诉我“放心吧、我们都是一客一换”
第二天早上出去办事，出发前在两块用过的浴巾上做了一点儿记号，然后告诉前台今天继续住，不用换床上用品，只把毛巾和浴巾换了就行，前台当时用对讲机通知了楼层服务员。
晚上回到房间，发现房间已经收拾过了，浴巾叠放得整整齐齐。打开一看，记号赫然！
