  这是我第二次来鹤壁，却是第一次住在鹤壁。酒店设施设备齐全，房间大（主要是卫生间大），停车方便、停车位宽敞。之前去沈阳住的42楼，这次住35楼，算是第二高了。可以看见楼下著名的淇河，风景不错。前台的芳芳服务周到，把每天一份早餐升级为两份，很开心，也把酒店推荐给大家！

  自从入住了鹤壁美豪酒店，就爱上这里了，超值优惠的价格，享受五星服务和五星的硬件设施。免费的瓶装纯净水随便喝，水果小吃随便吃。酒店的每个服务人员都值得表扬，真的。包括打扫卫生的大姐和给我们开房门钥匙的大姐，因为我们续住忘了去前台刷门卡，上楼进不了门，大姐按规程问了几个问题以后，确保是入住的，才打开房门，还替我们跑楼下刷了门卡又送上来。前台白莲为我们朋友调换房间，耐心细心。甜甜，李可，王经理服务都是超级棒，让我们有宾至如归的感觉。强烈强烈推荐一下！

  非常完美的一家酒店，楼层特别高也是一座地标性建筑环境特别好，配套设施很齐全360℃全景健身房还可以打羽毛球乒乓球，餐厅环境也是特别好早餐很精致也很丰富，服务人员也特别热情引领进电梯送至房间，水果小吃也很丰富，房间风格很不错大气舒适。环境和服务特别赞，强烈推荐

  鹤壁美豪酒店位于鹤壁市最高楼金融大厦32楼，周围的风景一览无余，位置也非常不错，房间卫生也非常干净，酒店还有自助洗衣房，还有免费健身房，酒店绝对是鹤壁市最好的酒店了，非常感谢前台孟思达客服，非常详细的为我讲解房型和房间设施设备，还带我一间一间看房，人长的也非常帅气，希望美豪酒店越来越好！

  房间设施齐全，服务人员素质高，蔡经理服务特别热情、周到，这是一家四星级酒店。酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住得很舒服，早餐不错，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。早餐品种丰富，房间设施新，床品舒服，总体物超所值，是一次非常满意的体验，楼下可停车，晚上还可以看音乐喷泉，有灯光，离高铁站三公里。位置优越交通便利，
