房间的门坏了，不好打开；卫生间的水池坏了，水不停地流，只能把盖子去掉操作；洗衣澡间的地面上满是积水，下水的地漏处较高，需要用人工去清理，不会自动流走。电热水壶坏了，还好，服务员很热情，都给解决了。确实需要修一下硬件了。
