酒店位置较好，在鹤壁市中心，旁边有小吃街和爱之城沃尔玛，住和吃都很方便。开业两年设施比当地某五星馆新很多！

整体不错，唯一的问题是卫生间的灯是感应的，可是洗澡的也是，没法关，睡觉晃眼，管餐的话，上的不及时，没有面包，9点就结束了

酒店餐厅管理非常混乱。去中餐厅用餐，服务员一听只有一位就往西餐厅指引。用完餐后，西餐厅告诉不能挂房账，只有中餐厅才能挂房账。结果现金付款后给的发票公章显示为酒店餐厅部，前台又称西餐厅不属于酒店。这不就是诱骗式消费吗？
