酒店的服务非常好！前台热情周到，我带了点熟食麻烦前台给放到冰箱，入住房间后前台主动联系房间有什么问题？有需要我们帮助的吗？这在五星级酒店都少有的！酒店环境好，房间很大，总之在鹤壁市选择了中凯铂爵酒店很满意，下次来鹤壁市还住在中凯铂爵酒店！

酒店位置很好，大楼后天就是一个商业综合体，晚上有规模很大的夜市。空调制冷很差，晚上睡觉特别热。服务不错，离点之后还打电话来回访。

感觉酒店早餐不是很丰富，也许是我作为南方人，口味不习惯吧！房间有迎宾果盘，还有免费赠饮的矿泉水，最新电影免费看。酒店后面有个美食街旁边就有沃尔玛超市和什么广场，酒店门口就是免费停车场。前台服务员的微笑深深地印在脑海里，嘴角上扬时像极了汤唯。
