一星，不能再多了！这多一颗星还是修水的阿哥，不是酒店的。1.我十点钟回到巴马老家，进到酒店，服务员说“你好酒店已经没有单人间了”，我明明提前八个小时预定的，来到这里直接给我说没有，然后什么都没说，给我个双人房，我心想有个住的就得，然后上楼了。2.给的房间竟然没有热水，我下楼找服务员，她又说“你等十分钟吧，那个放假热水小，难道你等个十分钟不得”，我也没说话，又上楼了，等了十分钟还是没热水，下楼再问，她才说“哦，原来四楼热水管爆，正在修水”，再等一下水。然后水开了，我又等了几分钟，水还是不来，最后给那修水阿哥来修，水还是不来，打开花洒里面还有像骨头的堵塞物。最后水还是不来。给我换房间了，从我进酒店到洗澡，四十多分钟。并且服务员态度还不是很好。心情那个不美好啊！不知道用什么语言形容。3.换房间时修水啊哥帮我抬的东西上楼。所以这一颗星是给修水阿哥的所以这颗星是给他的。并不是我黑酒店，中间我还有说过退房的，但服务员说是软件定的不得退，只好忍受了。其实就那么回事吧。

**，入住冲凉的时候口袋里有一把零钱大概90元左右（2张20、4张全新10元加零碎的5元1元），第二天退房时走得急没拿，下午打电话去问说不知道要问服务员，服务员大概4点多上班，5点多打电话去问还是说服务员没上班，也没人回个电话，第二天再打电话另一个人接的，就说啥也不知道，如果服务员没交给前台那肯定就是没有，其实几十块钱无所谓，我就想看看你们的处理态度
