这次是续住的订单，手机刚下单前台就打出来了，马上就办理续住，回想之前这么多麻烦的事，估计是艺龙这边的订单确认和协调不到位导致的。

去到前台的时候说是没订单，协调了好久，客服给改了订单，住了标准间，而且房间的烟味很大。第二天已经短信确认过入住信息，之后又电话来确认是否入住了，要确认返现，感觉是挺麻烦的，一点都不省事，艺龙与酒店沟通环节有问题。而且当时改的订单是订两天的房，实际也住了两天，最后只返了一天的现金，看了下订单又改成一天了，真是匪夷所思。你们客服随意吧，反正这次是不满意的。

位置很好，就在市政广场旁，交通便利，酒店设施高档较新，安全监控较好，不足是一韦姓主管服务态度较差，对酒店与艺龙存在的对接问题不主动去解决，而是让客人自己联系解决，经艺龙客服投诉最终解决，但花费近半小时，不爽!
