好方面：1、房间较大，干净舒适，有电梯。2、性价比高，只要100元一间双人房。
3、有wifi.
不足：没有停车场，只能停在宾馆门口
作为一般住宿是可以的，凤山县很小，该宾馆是在中心地域，周边有饭馆、洗脚按摩之类，还有酒吧。
