这次我住的酒店最不好的一次，我订的9月7号到8号退，我6号半夜4点54分我们打电话给酒店能提前进去住不？酒店答可以，好我们到酒店是5点17分我说刚刚打电话的，我又确认一下我说现在可以提前往吗？前台说可以，当我住到中午后另一个房太吵要求换个房间，前台告诉我是否续费，我不解我到前台问，因为我的订单是9月7号到9月8号中午才退，说我们是9月6号半夜5.17分住的，这个时间我也问了酒店同意我们提前进去住的，后面又要我们给费用，一个房多要一百，感觉被骗了，第一酒店也同意我们进去的住，说半月那一个小要收我们100一个房间，我也不想和酒点吵后面给50一个，两个100，感觉是被骗了心里不舒服，我们还是多住了一天，搞卫生时洗脸毛巾没给我放，总来说是酒店还是卫生还行就是白班的前台服务态度差酒店吵。
