装修简陋，墙面污渍明显，房间在一楼，窗外就是墙，窗还关不严，房间阴暗，窗外时不时有滴水声，大冷天的，好在空调能制热，不过空调导风板都不见了。洗手间跟漏斗一样的地形，是蹲便。
