住客都是老人。房间有冰箱洗衣机，有停车场，离百魔洞很近，很多人在河边健身散步。前台小伙子的服务意识有待培训。

这是在巴马到百魔洞这一路上住的最好的酒店，房间有炊具，有冰箱洗衣机，是正式的酒店，来百魔洞就住这吧。但是酒店十点退房，房间没有矿泉水，艺龙客服联系后，酒店说要联系我们，结果一直没联系，我们自己问，说是已经可以十二点退了，但是矿泉水还是没见到。房间有小虫。
